Unfortunately, due to falling membership numbers and the loss of a key member the Society has been dissolved.

Venue

We used to meet in the Conservative Club, 42 Billing Road,
Northampton.

Meetings with Speakers

We used to meet on the first Tuesday in January through July and in September through November and on the second Tuesday in December.

We had a wide variety of speakers, not always talking
about fuchsias.

Care & Culture Meetings

We used to meet on the third Tuesday in January, March, April and July.  At these meetings we had demonstrations of how to grow our fuchsias covering such topics as potting on (and back), stopping, watering, feeding and presenting our plants for the Show.

Other Meetings

On the third Tuesday in September we had our 'kick-off' meeting with a warm welcome to new members and our Photographic and Cut Blooms competitions.

The third Tuesday in November was dedicated to our Annual General Meeting.

The second Tuesday in December was our Christmas Party when there was entertainment and members contributed food to make a great feast.
